Choose your Faves

The wonderful thing about quiche is you can make it exactly how you like it. I had cooked a ham recently, so I chopped up the leftover meat for my quiche. I also added a tangy Gruyère cheese and some steamed broccoli. Feel free to add a cheese of your choosing, or some raw spinach instead of broccoli, green oinions, maybe even some bell pepper. Fine-tune this easy quiche recipe as you see fit.

Go Crustless

If you're seeking a gluten-free option or simply don't enjoy crust (everyone has their own tastes!), you can definitely omit the crust and pour the egg mixture directly into a pie plate for a crustless quiche recipe. It's that simple!

Just remember to use cooking spray on the pie plate for easy serving!
