Easy Marshmallow Confetti Squares require only four ingredients

Marshmallow Confetti Squares

Prep Time: 15 mins (allow more time for chilling)

Servings: 9 (3 inch squares)


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, Kraft brand used

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips, Hershey’s Chipits brand used

  • 1.5 cups fruity-flavored mini marshmallows, Jet- Puffed brand used


Preparation

  1. In a medium saucepan melt the butter on medium-low heat. Stir in the peanut butter until smooth.

  2. Add the butterscotch chips and stir until melted

  3. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool for 2-3 mins.

  4. Stir in marshmallows (the mixture must be lukewarm or the marshmallows will melt)

  5. Use non-stick cooking spray to coat a 9 x 9 inch square pan

  6. Spoon marshmallow mixture into pan

  7. Allow to cool until firm.

  8. Cut into squares
